How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
Rawspare Restoration is a referral service, so you will not meet a crew from us. You speak with an independent provider in our network. That business is the one that inspects, quotes and does the work.
Each provider runs its own company, sets its own prices and schedules its own jobs.
What Happens on the Call
Say you call after finding a damp, swollen baseboard. Expect a few simple questions:
- Where is the water coming from, and has it stopped?
- Which rooms are wet?
- What is the floor made of?
- How long has it been wet?
Photos can help if you have them. Answers let the provider judge what is needed and whether they can help. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies, so ask.
Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions make the first visit smoother. Try these, and listen for the kind of answer that follows.
- Will I get a written quote? A good answer says yes and explains what it includes.
- What equipment will you use, and for how long? A good answer gives a rough plan and says it may change.
- How will you check that things are dry? A good answer mentions moisture readings, not just a feel.
- Can you help document the damage? Providers can often help with notes and photos for a claim.
- Are you licensed or insured for this work in my state? A good answer is clear, and they can show proof.
Red Flags
Be careful if a provider:
- Pushes you to sign on the spot
- Will not put the price in writing
- Dodges questions about equipment or drying steps
- Asks for a large payment before any work
You Are in Control
Nothing here locks you in. Talk to a provider, hear the plan, and compare if you wish. Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by job size and damage type, so a written quote is your most useful guide. You decide who works in your home.
