How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner in Raleigh talking with a restoration provider beside a damp living room wall

Last updated: October 2026

Rawspare Restoration wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Rawspare Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Rawspare Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@rawspare.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
